Important Donation Reminders:
To ensure COPW receives proper credit for your contributions, please remember to designate “COPW Affiliate” when making your gift.
If you are using the mail-in donation form, there is a field where you can note your Affiliate Committee — please write COPW there.
If you donate online, the form does not currently have a dedicated field for Affiliates, but when you reach the payment screen, there is a box where you can add a note. Please enter “COPW Affiliate” in that space.
If you would like, you may also specify where your donation should be directed — for example, YOLA, the LA Phil Music Library, Symphonies for Schools, or Symphonies for Youth. This is optional, but the most important step is ensuring that COPW is listed so your gift is credited to our committee.
We also encourage members to let their family and friends know that if they already donate to the LA Phil, they can include “COPW Affiliate” on the donation form as well. These contributions count toward our committee’s totals and help us make an even greater impact.
